Fire Chief

Justin Oswald is an experienced emergency services leader with over two decades of service in fire, EMS, and emergency management. He currently serves as Fire Chief of the Weisenberg Volunteer Fire Department in Pennsylvania and holds roles as a Deputy Emergency Management Coordinator for Weisenberg Township, Fire Service Instructor, and EMS Instructor across multiple institutions. Justin is deeply committed to leadership development, strategic planning, and community risk reduction. Fire Chief, Weisenberg Volunteer Fire Department Throughout his career, he has focused on building high-performing teams, fostering collaboration among agencies, and promoting work-life harmony in emergency services. He is a certified Fire Officer IV, Project Management Professional (PMP), and instructor in a wide range of emergency service disciplines. Justin regularly teaches on topics such as hazardous materials, ICS, EMS, and driver training, and contributes to regional emergency preparedness as a pilot for Lehigh County’s Special Operations Drone Team. Justin holds a Master of Science in Project Management from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from American Public University. He is a member of the International Association of Fire Chiefs and the National Volunteer Fire Council.
