Check-In and Registration
Conference check-in will begin at 0700 - 0800 each morning. Upon arrival, please proceed to the registration area to pick up your conference materials and name badge. We recommend arriving early to allow time for parking and check-in before the opening session begins.
Parking
Parking is available on campus in designated event parking areas. Please follow campus signage and any directions from event staff upon arrival. Enter the parking lot off of Station Ave. 
What to Wear
Attire for the conference is business casual or your agency/service uniform, if appropriate.
Conference Schedule
The conference will feature a wide range of presentations, networking opportunities, and vendor/exhibitor engagement throughout both days. Please review the final agenda in advance so you can plan which sessions you would like to attend.

Meals and Refreshments
A light breakfast will be provided each day with coffee and water provided throughout the day.

Certificates / Continuing Education
You must check in to each session you attend by scanning the QR Code with your phone. All sessions have con-ed attached to them for EMS Professionals. A survey will be emailed post conference. Certificates of attendance will be emailed post conference. This conference counts as an in-service training for PEMA for emergency managers.

Exhibitor Set Up – Thursday April 16th 2026 from 0600-0800. You may come between those times to find your predesignated table and set up. Highly recommend you bring your own extension cords. We will have a few but not enough for everyone.
Exhibitor Tear Down – Friday April 17th 2026 at 1600 hours.
Tables and 2 chars are provided to you with table cloths.
Exhibitors and sponsors are welcome to all meals and drinks provided.
