The Negotiated Management Style of Policing

This is an interactive workshop on mass gatherings to train police in El Salvador regarding the topic of "The Negotiated Management Style of Policing". It is all about trying to open lines of communication with demonstrators to proactively prevent conflict. Professor Quick taught the principles, using some examples from NYC, and then the participants will  work in small groups on scenarios, and then presented back to the large group in a discussion format. The session would run about 45-60 minutes.
