I understand that presentations can only be 60 minutes long and must have educational value. Presentations must not be used for direct promotion of a speaker's products or services, as they are intended to be non-commercial in nature. Presenters are responsible for all associated costs, including accommodation, travel, and meals. Lehigh Valley Emergency Services Conference does not provide an honorarium, and all presentations must be provided "pro bono."

The selection process for presenters and alternates will be completed by January 30th, 2026, and all accepted presenters must register for the conference before March 1st 2026. Failure to register by this date will result in the prester being excluded from the program, and an alternate presenter will be selected. All Powerpoint Presentations must be submitted to Joseph Light by February 28th 2026.
